  10. Up to 25 photos in our MLS with good description in the remarks.
  11. 25 photos in Realtor.com & enhanced listing with more details and info than standard free listing.
  12. Featured placement of your listing in Realtor.com.
  13. 25 photos in Homes.com with featured placement.
  14. In print Kansas/Missouri Homes Magazine distributed as grocery/convenience stores.
  15. KCHomes.com magazine is also on line & receives many buyer request.
  16. Visual tour of listing with visualtour.com which features your home on its website.
  17. On Homes.com I have top & side banners for Kansas City MO, Kansas City KS, Overland Park KS, Olathe KS & Prairie Village KS.
  18. On RealEstate.com I am only agent for these cities: Overland Park, Olathe, Prairie Village, Leawood, Gardner & Lenexa.
  19. All my listings are on Kansas City Star's website HomeFinder.com (some companies do not submit theirs).
  20. I have large banner on K C Star's website KansasCity.com under Homes section.
  21. I have daily ad in the Kansas City Star's real estate section.
  22. I have weekly ad in The Pitch real estate section.
  23. I have bi-weekly ad in the J. Chronicle.
  24. Advertise in Spanish El Mundo (I & other agent speak some Spanish).
